❓ Product + Pricing Q&A

When will I receive my products?

Recipients who live in the US (Domestic) typically receive their orders within 2-7 business days, dependent on how far they are from Miami, FL, US. Recipients who live outside of the US (International) typically receive their orders within 3-10 business days, barring any customs delays and dependent on how far they are from Miami, FL, US. For example, someone in Canada may receive in 3 business days while someone in Australia or the UK may receive closer to 7 business days. Again this could be affected by a number of factors. Shipping schedule is as follows:

  • ordered Sunday 9pm ET through Tuesday 9pm ET: shipped Wednesday morning
  • ordered Tuesday 9pm ET through Thursday 9pm ET: shipped Friday morning
  • ordered Thursday 9pm ET through Sunday 9pm ET: shipped Monday morning

Again, shipping speeds could be affected by a number of global factors outside of both your and my control. Once your products are in the hands of the carrier, please reach out to them for assistance. If your shipment is delayed and you've reached out to the carrier and they can not assist, please email me and I'm happy to try and help!

What are my shipping costs if I live outside of the US?

Both International and Domestic shipping charges are calculated based on how far you are from Miami, FL, US, against the weight and size of the box you will receive. I suggest attempting to place an order (without actually clicking purchase) and you will be able to see your shipping costs before committing to buy.

Why are you charging these prices for your Book/Journal?

To answer this involves three parts.

First: both the BBL Encyclopedia and The Travel Surgery Journal are the first of their kind in the industry. I am the first one to create, manufacture, and offer these products.

Second: Merely one section of each book is worth its' weight in gold. The time and energy that I have invested into bringing you these books will save you months of research and hundreds of dollars in uneducated trial-and-error.

Third: The cost to manufacture books of these specifications are extremely aligned with the markup value and retail prices. If you find someone who has a similar product for less, please do let me know! I'm all about competitive pricing ;)

If I haven't secured a surgery date, or even picked a surgeon yet, can I still purchase the Travel Surgery Journal? What about the BBL Encyclopedia?

Definitely! The Travel Surgery Journal is made especially for anyone who needs to keep track of surgeon's quotes, different clinics policies, and helps keep your preparation timeline organized. Each section and each page was made with great care and intention, and includes mindfully curated sections & prompts to guide you every step of the way. Additionally, the BBL Encyclopedia will give you great insight on how to prep for your surgery, and what you might want to consider in the months prior. Note that the BBL Encyclopedia does not help with picking a surgeon or facility, but focuses on 1- what you can expect throughout the process of planning for a BBL, and 2- heavily on aftercare from day of surgery through 12 months PO.

If I'm already 11 weeks post-op, can I still purchase the BBL Encyclopedia?

YES! YOU ARE WHO I CREATED THIS BOOK FOR. As ideal as it would be to have this book before you have your surgery, the majority of the information in the book will get you through the initial post-op period and well into 6-12 months PO. We need to be mindful of what we eat, how we compress, and ensure that we stay well: physically and mentally. This is not just a pre-op guide, but a full journey guide.

Will either of your books help me pick a surgeon or facility?

No. In my humble opinion, that is a very personal decision and one that should be made with a lot of careful thought. Your reasons for choosing a particular surgeon will be very individual to you. However: I am certainly down to hear your reservations and listen to your concerns. Let’s have a conversation and dissect your priorities. I have offered my neutral & unbiased expertise in a way that presents you with facts rather than opinion. Approaching your individual situation in this personalized way has helped many a Doll come to a conclusion where they were stuck before. Book a 1:1 video chat with me & let’s get down to business! 🎶

Are your books all about Dr. Mehio and/or MIA Aesthetics?

Absolutely not! I only mention my surgeon and facility one time in the My Story section of the BBL Encyclopedia. Furthermore, I kept the language in both books extremely neutral, and stuck to general information (while being incredibly detailed and specific about processes and procedures, of course). Dolls who have surgery in Miami could receive a very different practice than those who have surgery in DR, and those could receive a very different practice than Dolls who have surgery in Colombia, versus other regions of the world, and so on. Doctors all have different techniques, and therefore the recovery will be different for all of us. Neither of my books include any informations about different types of doctors, nor their portfolios, rather how to best plan for your procedure, how to be prepared and ready for the rollercoaster you will experience after the surgery takes place, and act as a motivational coach and guide through each step of the process from start-to-finish.

Will you eventually be offering e-versions of this book?

At this time, the BBL Encyclopedia and The Travel Surgery Journals are physical products only.

E-books don't offer the ability to modify the document, or write in your own notes, (as in the trackers, exercise plans, or Feed The Fat sections). However, if there is a large market of Dolls who would like an e-version, I will definitely consider it in the future! Stay tuned!

If I've already had Rd1 BBL, will The Travel Surgery Journal or the BBL Encyclopedia help me for Rd2?

Definitely! Especially the Journal! I've had lots of Round2 Dolls tell me that they appreciate the thorough, explicit, and concise details that I provide in the BBL Encyclopedia. (Some of their comments are even included in the Testimonials section of the book.) If you felt you could have been better prepared during your recovery period from your first surgery, then BOTH ARE A MUST! Whether it was being more consistent with massages, making sure you compressed the right way for you, being more mindful of your eating/hydration habits, or staying more organized during the planning and booking process, both books will help guide you through every step of the way.

I have a question about your products that isn't listed here. How can I verify before I purchase?
