🔒 Return/Refund Policy

Books are individually and fully sealed in protective wrapping. While I want you to be happy with your product, sometimes things happen. If you're having an issue before I prepared your book to ship, please email orders@dollsintraining.com. However, if you've already received your book, due to the nature of the product and for the health and safety of you, me, and your sisters during COVID, it is Final Sale - no return options available.

No one values customer success more than I. If you are not fully & completely satisfied with your book(s), they don't meet your expectations, or if you just want to rant about something you think I left out, please reach out to me before disputing your purchase. Despite the policies found here, I have gone above-and-beyond to resolve even the most complicated issues. I want you to go into your surgery journey with a calm spirit and peaceful mind. Dolls In Training reserves the right to refund and/or cancel orders for any customer at any time for any reason, but will always notify the customer via email with reasoning prior to refund or order cancellation. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to initiate. This may be followed by an undetermined amount of time contingent only upon your bank and their refund processes/policies.
