ANY ORDERS THAT INCLUDE A BOOK (whether accessories are included or not)

Recipients who live in the US (Domestic) typically receive their orders within 2-7 business days, dependent on how far they are from Miami, FL, US. Recipients who live outside of the US (International) typically receive their orders within 3-10 business days, barring any customs delays and dependent on how far they are from Miami, FL, US. For example, someone in Canada may receive in 3 business days while someone in Australia or the UK may receive closer to 7 business days. Again this could be affected by a number of factors. Once your products are in the hands of the carrier, please reach out to them for assistance. If your shipment is delayed and you've reached out to the carrier and they can not assist, please email me and I'm happy to try and help!

Both International and Domestic shipping charges are calculated based on how far you are from Miami, FL, US, against the weight and size of the mailer box. 

You will receive a tracking number via automated email from "Dolls In Training" up to 48 hours after you place your order. If that time has passed, please search your emails for "Dolls In Training" to check for your shipping notice, it may have been routed to a spam/junk folder. 

All orders (both accessories and books) are processed at 9pm EST on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays every week. Orders placed by 9pm EST on those days will be shipped out on the following Monday, Wednesday, Friday respectively. (An order placed at 10pm ET on Sunday will ship on Wednesday.)

ORDERS FOR ACCESSORIES ONLY (pens, measuring tapes, body jewelry retainers)

Recipients who live in the US (Domestic) will have an inexpensive USPS option as well as UPS options for faster shipping. Recipients who live outside of the US (International) typically receive their orders within 5-10 business days, barring any customs delays and dependent on how far they are from Miami, FL, US. For example, someone in Canada may receive in 5 business days while someone in Australia or the UK may receive closer to 10 business days. Again this could be affected by a number of factors.
