Shipping policy

Orders are processed at 9pm EST on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays every week. Orders placed by 9pm EST on those days will be shipped out on the following Monday, Wednesday, Friday respectively.

You will receive a tracking number via automated email from "Dolls In Training" up to 3 business days after you place your order. If that time has passed, please search your emails for "Dolls In Training" to check for your shipping notice, it may have been routed to a spam/junk folder.
